FEELS
Okay I'm done with those freak out things.
Okay.. When we talk about feels, every single one of us have feelings right? So you are.
So, we do feel happy, sad, angry, mad, excited and so on. These feelings make you a normal person.
Okay.
When it comes to feelings, everything would depend on how we deal with such feels.
When we happy?
When we sad?
When we angry?
Many people cannot deal with their feeling in a right way.
As an example, when you're sad,why are you smiling babe? 😣😣
You're hurting yourself.
When you're mad, why are you hold on it? I'm not couraging you to scold the person that you angry with.
But there are always have ways to solve. Go to a wide space, a high place. Not to jump 😌 but to scream!
Let it out! Let it flies with the wind! Let it go!
Trust me. You'll only ruin your mental health if keep it alone.
Or other ways, you may tell your problem to someone who you can trust 😊
If there's no one, pray. He always there 😉 for you.
So.. Please help yourself.
